A Note About SPAM Email

Image Processing

PrintCapture is a printer emulator and a plotter emulator. If you feel that the print output from your test equipment (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, spectrum analyzer, etc.) is not being properly processed into an image we want to know about it. It is only through your feedback that we can continue to improve PrintCapture. Here are the steps to take to save the raw data file from your test equipment:

1. Setup PrintCapture to save the raw data file from your test equipment. See Setup> Configuration> Image Processing> Image Processing> Keep Raw Data.
2. Print the data from your test equipment. This will create a raw data file, with a file extension of 'pcw', in your current working directory. The raw data file name will be the same as the file name that you have in the 'Next File Name' edit box.
3. Send the raw data file to support@printcapture.com with as much information as you can about why you think the raw data is not being processed correctly. Also be sure to put relevant and intelligent information in the "subject" line so your email is not mistaken for spam.

F&F SoftTools is in the business of contract software development. Our specialty is embedded systems programming and Windows-based programs that interface to the outside world. In fact, our PrintCapture product was developed to support our software development efforts. We needed a method of generating reports that contained waveforms from logic analyzers and oscilloscopes to show our clients what we found when developing and testing their systems.

Refund Policy

F&F SoftTools is committed to customer satisfaction. If you aren't completely satisfied, for any reason, with one of our products you may return it within 30 days for a prompt and courteous refund. Refunds can only be issued to the credit card used to make the original purchase.

We strongly recommend that you download and try the free 30-day trial version of PrintCapture before purchasing your release version and its registration key.

If you want your purchase price refunded please use our online refund request form to contact us.

Security

Our secure software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts your identification and credit card number so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

In the unlikely event of fraudulent use, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges resulting from unauthorized use of your credit card.
