A Note About SPAM Email
From time-to-time we may have to retire one of our email addresses because it becomes the target of spammers. If you try to send an email to one of the addresses you've used in the past and it bounces back to you, just visit this page to get the current email address. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Also, when you send an email to us, please be sure to put relevant and intelligent information in the subject line so your email is not mistaken for spam.
PrintCapture is a printer emulator and a plotter emulator. If you feel that the printer or plotter output from your test equipment (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, spectrum analyzer, etc.) is not being properly processed into an image we want to know about it. It is only through your feedback that we can continue to improve PrintCapture. Here are the steps to take to save the raw data file from your test equipment:
- Setup PrintCapture to save the raw data file from your test equipment. See Setup> Configuration> Image Processing> Image Processing> Keep Raw Data.
- Print the data from your test equipment. This will create a raw data file, with a file extension of 'pcw', in your current working directory. The raw data file name will be the same as the file name that you have in the 'Next File Name' edit box.
- Send the raw data file to email@example.com with as much information as you can about why you think the raw data is not being processed correctly. Also be sure to put relevant and intelligent information in the "subject" line so your email is not mistaken for spam.
If you have a suggestion for improving PrintCapture we would like to hear about it. We know that customer feedback is the best way for us to improve and expand the capabilities of our product. Send your thoughts to firstname.lastname@example.org and be sure to put relevant and intelligent information in the "subject" line so your email is not mistaken for spam.
If you have questions about PrintCapture try our Frequently Asked Questions page first. If you still can't find the information that you need you can send your question to email@example.com. Be sure to put relevant and intelligent information in the "subject" line so your email is not mistaken for spam.
If you have questions, problems, or comments about this web site please send them to firstname.lastname@example.org. We'd love to hear them. Be sure to put relevant and intelligent information in the "subject" line so your email is not mistaken for spam.
