PrintCapture has finally been been modified to run on Windows Vista and Windows 7 in addition to all previous versions of Windows!
PrintCapture has been tested with Vista Home Premium 32-bit and Windows 7 Professional 32-bit, but it should install and run on other versions of Vista and Windows 7.

Do you already have a registration key for PrintCapture 2.x or 3.x? PrintCapture 4.x will not recognize your 2.x or 3.x registration keys but you are entitled to an upgrade to PrintCapture 4.x. Click here for more information.
Order PrintCapture
The current version of PrintCapture can be downloaded from here. The release version of PrintCapture will execute for five (5) days before your registration key is required to unlock the program. When you make a purchase your registration key will be e-mailed to you within five (5) days (usually the registration key will be e-mailed within a few hours).
We highly recommend that you download and try the free 30-day trial version of PrintCapture before making your purchase. Don't worry - the release version of PrintCapture will install over the top of the 30-day trial version so your configuration settings won't be lost.
Note: PrintCapture 4.x will not run with PrintCapture 2.x or 3.x registration keys. PrintCapture 4.x requires a new registration key. However, if you have a previous installation of PrintCapture 2.x or 3.x then you are entitled to an upgrade.
Download PrintCapture 4.2.5 (2.17MB). When you download and install PrintCapture you will be able to execute it for five (5) days before your registration key is required.

PrintCapture Updates
An update to PrintCapture is essentially a maintenance release that fixes some minor problem in the program or increases its functionality. An update version of PrintCapture will increase its minor version number. For example, the version number may change from 4.0.0 to 4.0.1 or from 4.0.0 to 4.1.0.
PrintCapture updates are free of charge. However, you must have a previously installed version of PrintCapture that matches the major version number of the update. For example, you can download and install update 4.0.1 over an installed version 4.0.0, but you cannot install update 4.0.1 over an installed version 3.x.x.
Note: An update cannot be installed over a 30-day trial version of PrintCapture.
Download PrintCapture 4.2.5 Update (1.14MB). Note: This is only for updating PrintCapture 4.x. It WILL NOT update PrintCapture 3.x to 4.x.
Download PrintCapture 3.2.24 Update (1.01MB). Note: This is the last version of PrintCapture 3.x. When you download and install PrintCapture's update you will be able to run it with your existing 3.x registration key.

PrintCapture Upgrades
An upgrade to PrintCapture will be available when new functionality is added to the program. An upgrade version of PrintCapture will increase its major version number. For example, the version number may change from version 3.x to 4.x.
Note: An upgrade cannot be installed over a 30-day trial version of PrintCapture.
PrintCapture 3.x Upgrades: You must have a previously installed version of PrintCapture whose major version number is smaller than the upgrade version number. For example, you can install upgrade version 3.0.0 over any installed version 2.x.x. Please contact us if you need this old upgrade.
PrintCapture 4.x Upgrades: There is no download available for a PrintCapture 4.x Upgrade. Since the installation program has changed for PrintCapture 4.x, all previous 2.x or 3.x installations have to be uninstalled before 4.x can be installed.
Order your upgrade registration key. Purchase price $27.00 USD. This will take you to our online order form where you can enter your billing information. Note: You must provide your previous 10 digit invoice number to qualify for an upgrade. There are three methods for you to find your invoice number:
- Your 10 digit invoice number is on the invoice that you received when you ordered your original PrintCapture registration key.
- Your 10 digit invoice number is part of your original registration key file name. For example, your registration key file will have the format "YourName-1234567890.reg". Your invoice number will be "1234567890".
- If you no longer have your invoice or registration key file, please send an email to support@printcapture.com and we'll see if we can find the invoice number for you. Be sure to include the first and last name of the person that ordered the registration key, the date that the order was placed, and as much additional information as you can to help us find your invoice number. You can also use our online Invoice Number Request Form. Once you have your invoice number then you can come back and fill out this order form.

PrintCapture 30-Day Trial
The 30-day trial version of PrintCapture can be downloaded from here and is freely distributable. The 30-day trial version is fully functional - except that it will only operate for 30-days after the first execution of the program. There are no registration keys to unlock the 30-day trial. When you are ready to purchase the program you must download the release version and purchase the registration key.
