The table below lists some of the test equipment that others have
used with PrintCapture. If you have used something
not listed below we would like to hear from you. We would also
like to hear from you if you have used one of the models listed below
with a different print mode or if you have additional information that
you would like to share. Please send your information to
support@printcapture.com.
When looking at the following list of test equipment you will notice
that we used the term Hewlett-Packard instead of Agilent. The names
are essentially interchangeable. If we mention a Hewlett-Packard
54616C it (probably) also applies to an Agilent 54616C.
One of our customers has developed a GPIB-to-USB interface that works
well with PrintCapture. You can find out more about
this interface at Prologix.
Nice little product that works well and is a very good alternative
to the pricey National
Instruments or Agilent product lines. Its driver makes the USB port
look like a serial port on your PC. We have created a PrintCapture-Prologix
Setup Document that will hopefully help you configure PrintCapture
and Prologix to work together.

chance of buffer overruns. Set serial parameters to 19200 baud, 8
data bits, 1 stopbit, and no parity. The 1650A is a DCE
so it plugs into the PC's DTE serial port using a generic

PrintCapture won't work with the HP8569A.

GPIB interface. HPGL data format. PrintCapture probably
won't process the HPGL data. The one 8757A that we worked
with
had firmware that appeared to have HPGL debugging commands
("OS" and "OE") left in it.
Update: PrintCapture 3.2.17 and later
should do a better job of processing the HPGL "Ox" output

Internet using the keywords "centronics 36F
gender".
Generally speaking, the people that use Humphrey Field Analyzers are not technical people so we provided a color image (573KB) and a black-and-white image (65KB) for them to look at. |
